Spent Easter in Rimini and initially thought we'd hit the jackpot with our hotel choice. Great staff, friendly and helpful at every turn. The breakfast was exceptional and offered a wide range of choices. The location was very convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the private parking offered by the hotel.
The high points of our stay were outweighed by the negatives. Our room was not up to par and in serious need of updating. The air conditioning was unstable and did not work properly. The room was also dirty and had a strange smell. The bathroom was small and outdated, there was no hot water and the towels provided were thin and worn out. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is perfectly located, as it is just a few steps away from the sandy beach. it has easy access to public transportation, with train lines nearby. it is situated in the centre of the city, making it possible to explore Rimini's attractions. In terms of facilities, the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful tips on where to eat and what to do in the city. Plus, the breakfast is delicious, making it an excellent way to start the day.
The hotel lacks a fitness centre or a pool, which might disappoint those guests seeking some exercise opportunities.

I was impressed by the friendly and responsive staff who made sure I had a great stay. the location was convenient for me because I could easily reach several of my planned stops. the hotel had free private parking, so I didn't have to worry about finding a spot on the street. the breakfast at a nearby gelateria was quite enjoyable.
There were a couple of things that weren't great. the room I stayed in was quite small and cramped, with barely enough room to move around.

very clean, great facilities, convenient location, and friendly staff. We were close to the train lines and beach, and the hotel offered free parking. We found a delicious breakfast option nearby.
All was perfect.
